In brief

In accordance with the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007, please see below the important events that have occurred since the 1^st July 2011.

As part of the development of its Polish projects IMMOBEL has:

• started the reconstruction/major renovation of its mixed office and retail project located in the centre of Poznan (+/- 7,600 m²); approximately 25% are already pre-leased to reputable tenants;
• obtained "zoning confirmation" for its mixed office and retail project in the heart of Warsaw (+/- 20,000 m²) and is currently preparing an application for a building permit.

In addition to these important events, IMMOBEL, in general, continues to prudently develop its portfolio, which now includes close to 172,000 m² of offices, 170,000 m² of residential and nearly 382 ha (including 75 ha under option) in landbanking lots.

In view of this large and diversified portfolio of good quality projects and the negotiations underway, the Board of Directors of IMMOBEL is confident about the future development of the Company.

Based on the information known to date, the Board of Directors feels confident that the results for 2011 should be higher than in 2010.
