In brief

In accordance with the Royal Decree of 14th November 2007, you will find below important events that have occurred since 1st January 2011:

Following the creation of his second "Home Market" in Poland, IMMOBEL has formed the company "IMMOBEL Poland", which is responsible for managing projects in Poland.

In this context, IMMOBEL acquired in the month of February 2011 two joint projects of offices and retails, one in the heart of Warsaw (+/- 20,000 sqm) and the other in the center of Poznan (+/- 7,600 sqm).

IMMOBEL continued its acquisitions in its landbanking activities, 28 ha in a residential zone.

A lease of 65,000 sqm has been signed with the Régie des Bâtiments for the benefit of the Federal Police in the project Belair (formerly Cité Administrative de l'Etat), following the decision of the Council of Ministers of December 2010.
