Immobel has sold the entire offices project « Château Rempart » located in Tournai, rue du Château and rue du Rempart.

The project consist of 3 phases totaling 13,642 Sqm of offices.

The first 2 phases are completed and are leased to the Belgian Buildings Agency for the FPS Finance.

The third phase is under construction. It would be completed in mid 2012. This third phase is also leased to the Régie des Bâtiments for the FPS Justice.
